Summary:
Responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedures manual.
Receives, stores, and distributes material, and products within the Company Warehouse by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Receiving incoming products and materials.
Maintain receiving log for B6 (Reliance) on the server.
Maintain carrier inspection log.
Verify accuracy of paperwork to be received.
Input receivers into Ross, print GRN and apply to packing list.
Print labels as needed for products received.
Transfer products into location as located by forklift operator.
Checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing for processing.
Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
Transfers Transfer finished goods in system after receipt is confirmed after unloading Put in location determined by forklift driver.
Notify all parties of shortages/overages at time of receipt.
Transfer materials as request to B1 warehouse form B6 warehouse.
Email packing list with transfer information.
Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
Weighing and counting items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Inventory Reconcile inventory by bin location for warehouse B6 and B9.
Confirm receipt and label application of products in location.
Check when product comes out of incubation report against Ross inventory.
Confirm adjustments made to Ross by lead and manager.
Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
Shipping Type shipping documents in Ross.
Confirm all shipments are in Ross Confirm all transactions are completed in Ross.
Apply seal to paperwork packet.
Assist shipping and checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing for processing.
Preparing parcels for mailing.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to safely operate a forklift would be helpful or a willingness to be trained.
