Master's degree preferred.
Successful experience in program development and management, demonstrated communication ability as well as skills in leadership and management.
The ability to design, coordinate, and teach educational programs to meet community needs, relating to diverse audiences, and A demonstrated ability to multi-task, work as a team member, and with groups and committees.
Major Duties and Responsibilities Plans, conducts, and coordinates nutrition education programs targeting Snap-Ed eligible audiences.
Utilizes the expertise of advisory groups, community leaders, public officials, and representatives of intended audiences to analyze data, identify needs, and assist in developing nutrition education programs.
Develops plan of work that meets the needs of low income, Snap-Ed eligible audiences, both youth and adults.
Evaluates and monitors Snap-Ed outreach in the communities.
Develops and conducts relevant interdisciplinary programs with other staff members based on critical issues.
Collaborates with other agencies and community groups to implement programs.
Conducts promotional efforts to expand the public's knowledge of Extension Snap-Ed programs.
Utilizes current research data and information on emerging issues in program development and teaching.
Demonstrates personal interest and involvement in community by participating in and supporting civic/community activities/organizations and networking with community leaders.
Maintains adequate records for reporting and evaluating purposes.
Makes reports to appropriate groups and individuals including University staff and public officials through media, personal contacts, and group meetings.
Maintains a high degree of professional competency and pursues a program of professional improvement through in-service training, membership and involvement with professional organizations, professional education, and personal study.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
