Reliability Engineer, Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I)

Domtar is currently seeking an E&I reliability engineer for our Bennettsville, SC Mill. This position reports to the reliability manager and is responsible for providing support for the electrical and instrumentation devices in use. This role supports asset strategy development and implements best practices to reduce downtime. Additionally, this role will develop short-term and long-term maintenance strategies for drives, PLC systems, DTS systems, motors, and electrical switch gear.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring, maintaining and continuously improving the maintenance and reliability program (including PDMA, AMS, drive systems)
Identifying & implementing improvements in process & equipment reliability across the Mill by reviewing historical data and performing RCFA while working closely with operations & maintenance personnel
Reviewing existing PM processes for value to the maintenance efforts & proposing changes as necessary to improve the reliability of the equipment and assets
Supporting the maintenance teams by helping to resolve technical issues or repair procedures as required
Executing outage work/projects as assigned
Providing support to activities utilizing electrical and instrumentation devices
Acting as a liaison for outside agencies during site visits to ensure the mill is meeting requirements on electrical systems
Position Requirements
Required Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience working with electrical and/or mechanical systems
Proven knowledge of electrical and instrumentation principles
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Proven knowledge of reliability systems, methods and processes preferred
Certified maintenance reliability professional preferred
CMMS ? SAP experience or equivalent preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
