Senior Electrical Engineer

This is a Senior Electrical Engineer position with Marley Engineered Products LLC.
Job Summary
Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and formulates engineering program to project requirements.
Produces and reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget. Prepares interim and completion project reports.
Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies (UL & ETL), or members of the business community utilizing 5Ys process, Root Cause Analysis, and coordinate corrective action.
Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and
permutations.
Apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
B.S. degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; with ten-15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Consistently meets or exceeds commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity required
Strong project management skills required.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding with the ability to deliver on-time required
Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills required.
Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy required.
Knowledge and experience with electrical circuits required (AC & DC).
Knowledge and experience with electrical motors, heating equipment and low-voltage controls highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) systems (Solid Works preferred) and peripheral equipment desired.
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Effective leader with proven ability to: develop, coach and mentor. Be the resource for electrical aspects of product design/maintenance.
Take charge individual with lots of energy and clear sense of urgency.
Out-of-the-box thinker, decisive; experienced in and capable of leading change.
An excellent team player.
Lab experience working with volt meters and oscilloscopes.
HVAC Experience is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
