Description This position is located in the Purchasing and Logistics Department at the Marlboro Paper Mill in Bennettsville, SC.  The Marlboro Mill produces approximately 800 tons/day of fine white paper and approximately 300 tons/day of market pulp.    Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following Responsible for the physical custody and accuracy of inventory records for component items, assemblies, in storeroom areas. Ensure safe working conditions and behavior Supervises the activities of storeroom personnel. Conduct and apply behavior modification standards as necessary Complete and conduct training/selection evaluations and annual reviews according to Work System Guidelines Ensure compliance with all mill and company policies and procedures as well as governmental directives and laws Ensure department is operated with the guidelines set forth holding both yourself and your employees accountable for results Establish and maintain strong standards for your team, department, mill and work system objectives Manage inventory levels according to guidelines and targets Participate in and conduct the technical reviews of mill technicians training on your team Participate in outage planning to meet inventory needs Make regular rounds in all stores areas Communicate with and expect communications from technicians and manager Participate in housekeeping audits Communicate and support management decisions Additional duties as assigned by your manager The qualified candidate for team leader in the Purchasing and Logistics Department should possess the following: Demonstrates a proactive safety mindset Minimum 5 years of storeroom inventory management, planning, procurement or maintenance experience or Technical degree with a minimum of 3 years storeroom inventory management, planning, procurement or maintenance experience Computerized maintenance system experience (SAP, etc.) Possesses strong leadership qualities and good interactive people skills Excellent written and verbal communications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
